PROJECT DELIVERY

Plan the work.
Connect the details.

A clear framework for coordinating installation, school access, nationwide travel, and project closeout. Specific deliverables are established in the agreed scope.

01

Scope & system review

Identify the classroom audio, communication, safety, and video systems, interactive panels, cameras, and cabling in the project. Review drawings, room counts, device quantities, mounting conditions, network needs, and the responsibilities of each project partner.

02

Resources, travel & scheduling

Discuss installation resources, project locations, travel logistics, target dates, and applicable licensing. For multiple sites, align the sequence of work with readiness and access.

03

Arrival & site coordination

Confirm work hours, key access, security and alarm procedures, equipment storage, staging, and school staff contacts. Address occupied areas and any restrictions before work begins.

04

Installation & progress communication

Coordinate mounting, pathways, cabling, terminations, and equipment connections against the agreed plans. Establish a process for progress updates, installation questions, and changes to the scope.

05

Daily site review

Define expectations for room cleanliness, cable organization, work-area safety, equipment protection, and building security. Agree on who reviews the site and handles end-of-day access and lockup.

06

Verification, documentation & handoff

Define required installation checks, testing, labeling, room notes, audit photos, and as-built information. Coordinate with the designated personnel for system programming, commissioning, customer training, and resolution of remaining items.
